Custom knife maker Butch Ball has teamed up with WE Knives to deliver the Skreech titanium frame lock flipper. Ball’s practical and robust design is flawlessly executed in this robust daily carry folder. This version comes with a gray stonewashed CPM-20CV blade and gray titanium handles.

Blade: Made from beefy, 4 mm thick CPM-20CV the straight spine of the blade descends sharply to a fine point with a high saber grind and subtle recurve delivering balanced slicing performance and strength. A prominent thumb ramp with subtle jimping delivers security and comfort in use. Delivered in a blasted and tumbled gray stonewashed finish the blade rides on a ceramic ball bearing pivot and deploys fast and smooth via the flipper tab.

Handle: Dual slabs of subtly milled titanium are joined by a matching partial back spacer for a rock solid construction. Equipped with a hardened steel insert the integral titanium frame lock is smooth and reliable in operation and offers solid and secure lockup in use. All titanium is blasted matte gray with satin hardware and custom pivot.

Carries via a tip-up, right hand, 3D titanium pocket clip.

CPM 20CV: CPM 20CV is a highly wear-resistant, powder metallurgy stainless steel, analogous to Bohler M390 and CTS-204P, and offers some of the best corrosion resistance and wear resistance in combination with a relative ease of sharpening. These properties along with a working hardness in the low 60s HRC make 20CV a prime choice among custom and production makers.
