WE Knife Co 704B Flipper Blue Ti Rubbed Satin M390

The model 704B slim flipper by WE Knife Co. has high-end modern flare written all over it. Materials, design and craftsmanship are absolutely top-notch. This flavor features grey titanium liners with Blue Ti overlays handle and slick hand rubbed Satin premium M390 blade steel. Batter up for the 704 because WE hit this one out of the park!

The Blade: Very cool looking blade style on the 704, one we’d have to classify as a modified clip point with an upswept trailing point for ultimate slicing. This one features a righteous hand rubbed satin finish often only found on custom pieces. Premium Bohler M390 super stainless steel means the edge will stay incredibly sharp for longer than most steels could even dream of. The spine sports right at 1/2 an inch of expertly jimped thumb ramping to join that choil in gripping matrimony. The integral flipper tab on the blade creates a nice guard when open and fires it thanks to a ceramic ball bearings pivot system. A real class-leading FFG (Full Flat Grind) setup on the 704.

The Handle: A two-part grey 6Al-4V titanium blue overlay system here lightly textured, grooved and cut out for a great feel in-hand. The contours and precision are pro all the way with thin construction to keep the weight down. The grip has a bit of a double choil going on, so it’s easy to choke up for more detailed cutting tasks. The blue anodized overlays have a precise, subtle texturing to them that help make the thinner stock handle “feel” fuller. An ingenious design. They’re curved, contoured and cut smaller than the liners exposing the two-toned effect. A steel insert is attached to the liner lockface creating smooth lockup. Small backspacer design is jimped with a cutout near the end exposing the lanyard post. Full grey titanium hardware on this piece.

The 704 is outfitted with a thin grey titanium pocket clip for tip up carry. It looks amazing in-pocket.
