Contoured G10 handles are comfortable and secure supported by inset stainless steel liners and housing a burly, saber ground, drop point, D2 tool steel blade riding smooth on ceramic bearings. Choil, flipper and thumb scoop all work in perfect unison to offer exceptional control and security in the hand. This version comes with a Satin finished D2 Tool Steel blade, Black G10 handles and blue aluminum standoffs.

Blade: A utilitarian saber ground drop point gets a style upgrade with a generous swedge, jimped thumb ramp and subtle recurve cutting edge. Riding on a ceramic bearing pivot the blade is fast and smooth to deploy via a forward positioned flipper tab for optimal leverage. Forward of the tab a generous choil allows you to choke up on the blade for added control. A fine machine satin lends an elegance to this sinuous yet rugged EDC flipper.

Handle: Inset stainless steel liners support contoured G10 handle scales with an open back construction for ease of cleaning and maintenance. A sweeping design and subtle finger grooves provide comfort and security in the hand for extended use with a perfectly placed thumb scoop to leverage for powerful cuts. The liner lock mechanism is simple and effective with smooth operation and solid lockup. A barrel spacer at the end of the handle allows for inline lanyard attachment.

D2 Tool Steel: D2 is a cold work tool steel that has been used as a die cutting steel since WW II. D2 has a high chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) which gives it greater corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels making it semi-stainless. D2 offers a good combination of toughness, corrosion resistance and wear resistance for a good all-around knife steel.
