Smith & Sons Axiom V2 Stonewashed AEB-L Gray G10 EDC Fixed Blade

The Axiom from Smith & Sons is an everyday carry fixed blade designed for versatile utility. Compact and easy to carry the Axiom makes a good backup or reliable replacement for your folding knife. Streamlined and refined, the Axiom V2 comes with a smooth tumbled finish on the AEB-L blade with textured and contoured handle scales without liners. This version has gray G10 scales.

Blade: The slim AEB-L stainless steel blade comes with a smooth, tumbled finish that hides wear from use and a sub-3″ length for ease of carry and transport. The utilitarian drop point profile has a nearly full grind that offers exceptional cutting performance and solid durability.

Handle: Comfortably contoured matte blasted G10 handles are attached to the full tang blade with black oxide stainless steel hardware providing a durable, low maintenance platform for use. The blasted texture milling delivers plenty of traction for use in all conditions while the index groove provides added safety. An attached lanyard gives added real estate and easy draw. Lanyard color may vary.

Sheath: Carries via a stitched leather belt sheath.

Bohler AEB-L: Similar to Sandvik 13C26, AEB-L (a.k.a. stainless 52100) is a stainless razor blade steel. AEB-L takes a very fine edge, is easy to sharpen and has a high toughness and edge stability with good corrosion resistance. Offers better edge holding than carbon steels and capable of thin high performance geometry.
