Designed by Polish custom knife maker Ostap Hel, the Real Steel Gslip Compact is a slim, elegant slip joint folder with modern style. This compact version has been scaled down to meet length restriction for greater ease of carry while retaining the same high performance design. This version comes with translucent natural (Jade Green) G10 scales and a satin finished VG10 blade.

Blade: The thin drop point blade comes fully flat ground for optimal performance with dual fullers acting as nail nicks for opening. A snappy stop at 120 degrees makes for safe, one handed closing. Finished in fine satin, this high performance blade has a stylish and eye-catching look.

Handle: Dual G10 slabs are machined with deep chamfers for a comfortable, contoured feel in the hand while the peel ply texture offers traction for a secure grip. Construction is simple with inset skeletonized liners, stainless back spring and oversized Torx hardware for style.

Carries via a reversible, tip-up, stainless steel deep carry wire clip.

Japanese VG10: VG-10 is a high-carbon stainless steel that takes a very good edge and holds it well. Popular with Japanese kitchen knife makers it is often hardened to 60-61 HRC. A popular choice for small pocket knives thanks to good edge holding and stain resistance VG10 works well with a high polished, acute edge for optimal slicing performance.
