The Microtech Knives Troodon out the front automatic knife is a substantial tool while still retaining a compact size that can be easily carried every day. Now available in a Mini version with sub-2 inch blade, the Troodon offers a compact cutting tool with lightning fast deployment. Named after a bird-like dinosaur from the Campanian Age, the Mini Troodon is ready to strike. This version comes with a bronze Apocalyptic double edge M390 blade, matching hardware and black anodized aluminum handle.

Blade: A sub-2 inch dagger-like double edge blade has dual razor sharp plain cutting edges for clean slicing performance. A rugged blasted and tumbled ‘Apocalyptic’ finish on the blade hides wear from use while the satin flats and bronze coating lend visual appeal. Double action automatic operation is fast, smooth, and reliable. Press the slide up to deploy and down to retract. An internal spring remains at rest in both positions to reduce wear.

Handle: Robust, black hard anodized, aircraft-grade aluminum offers just under 3.5 inches of handle, excluding the breaker, for a solid grip for all but the largest hands. Comfortable in the hand, the handle has contoured edges and wide sections of jimping strategically placed for a secure grip. Proprietary bronze Apocalyptic hardware, integrated glass breaker end and pocket clip with production date and serial number complete the construction.

Carries via a right-hand stainless steel deep carry clip.
