Blade: Made from stonewashed D2 tool steel for enhanced performance, the sub-3 inch modified drop point blade comes with a tapering grind that transitions from a durable saber grind near the pivot to a full flat grind at the tip. This grind offers optimal performance for a variety of tasks. Dual thumb studs make the knife fully ambidextrous while the jimped thumb ramp delivers enhanced traction and control.

Handle: Textured black GFN scales ride on jimped stainless liners forming a solid, streamlined handle with solid ergonomics, good traction for a secure three finger grip. The smaller size makes carry a breeze and the simple mid-back lock provides solid lock up and well dialed tension for smooth operation.

D2 Tool Steel: Used as a die cutting steel since WW II, D2 offers a good combination of hardness and wear resistance with moderate toughness and stain resistance. High chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) gives D2 better corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels.
