Designed by French custom knife maker Kmaxrom, the Fox Knives Pelican delivers his burly, harpoon-tip design with style and precision. The modified Sheepsfoot blade has a beefy harpoon point and high height saber grind that make the Pelican a heavy duty powerhouse. This version comes with a black coated N690 blade and contoured Carbon Fiber handle scales over black stainless steel liners.

Blade: The 4mm thick N690 blade offers an excellent balance of edge retention, durability and easy of sharpening with a high level of corrosion resistance for solid performance for every day use. The saber grind delivers good slicing performance while being tough enough for heavy use. The harpoon tip delivers a highly durable tip as well. The blade open via dual thumb studs and is black coated for a corrosion resistant and non-reflective finish for discreet use.

Handle: A simple and solid, black coated stainless steel liner construction offers secure lock up and reliability and supports gorgeous contoured Carbon Fiber handle scales with milling for traction in the hand. The handle is ergonomic and comfortable enough for extended use. A partial backspacer protects the blade in the closed position and enhances the balance in-hand. A large hole at the pommel allows for lanyard attachment. Black Torx hardware rounds out the construction.

Carries via a reversible, tip-up black stainless steel deep carry wire clip. Includes leather zipper pouch and pivot adjustment tool.

N690: Bohler N690 is a high quality stainless steel with performance similar to Japanese VG-10 with high level corrosion resistance, good edge retention and easy of sharpening.
