The CIVIVI CV-C803DS-2 is a premium version of the Praxis that offers some stylish upgrades in a budget friendly platform with top-notch fit and finish. This version comes with contoured, peel-ply Purple G10 handle scales, black stainless steel liners and a polished Chinese Damascus Steel blade.

Blade: The utilitarian drop point blade of the Praxis is both stylish and functional, executed in polished Chinese Damascus (9Cr18MoV stainless base steel with HRC near 60). The blade rides on a stainless steel ball bearing pivot for fast, smooth deployment via the index flipper tab. A full height flat grind and full length swedge provide optimal cutting performance on this beautiful blade with a full finger choil and spine jimping for exceptional control for fine work.

Handle: Black coated stainless liners support striking, contoured Purple G10 handle scales for an ergonomic grip in the hand while the peel-ply texture offers plenty of traction for security. Subtle finger grooves deliver plenty of security and control for any task. The liner lock mechanism is smooth, secure and intuitive with jimping for reliable operation.

Carries via a reversible, tip-up, stainless steel deep carry pocket clip.

Chinese Damascus: Damascus offers the performance of a modern steel while delivering a unique look from the pattern welded layers and acid etched finish. Often available in multiple patterns, Damascus gives a knife a striking and singular look. The core of this blade is 9Cr18MoV stainless steel hardened to around 60 HRC for solid cutting performance.
