This version comes with contoured, coarse black burlap Micarta handle scales, black stainless steel liners and black stonewashed 9Cr18MoV stainless steel blade.

Blade: The utilitarian drop point 9Cr18MoV stainless steel blade is stylish and functional with a discreetly non-reflective black stonewashed finish that hides wear from use. A caged ceramic ball bearing pivot provides fast, smooth deployment via the index flipper tab. A full height flat grind and full length swedge deliver optimal cutting performance with a full finger choil and spine jimping for exceptional control in use.

Handle: Black stainless liners support contoured coarse burlap Micarta handle scales for an ergonomic comfort and plenty of traction for a secure grip. Subtle finger grooves deliver plenty of security and control for any task. The liner lock mechanism is smooth, solid, and easy to operate. An exposed section of the partial back spacer is milled with a generous hole for lanyard attachment.

9Cr18MoV: Chinese equivalent of 440B with enhanced performance from modified composition. Qualities include high corrosion resistance and decent toughness with finer grain for a sharper edge and moderate edge retention.
