Elegant simplicity and performance are the hallmarks of the CIVIVI NOx. Short for nitrous oxide, the NOx is a high speed flipper designed for performance with a practical, spartan construction. This version has a black stonewashed Nitro-V stainless steel blade, matching stainless steel frame lock, and black G10 front scale.

Blade: The simple drop point Nitro-V stainless steel blade comes with a razor sharp hollow grind and long swedge for excellent performance and a wear hiding black stonewashed finish for discreet use. The sub-3 inch blade is ideal for urban or office carry with enough edge to handle for most tasks. Caged ceramic ball bearings deliver smooth operation and fast flipper deployment.

Handle: The open back construction consists of two barrel spacers attaching the contoured G10 front scale to the stainless steel frame for a comfortable, lightweight and rock solid handle. Integral to the frame, the lock is smooth in operation delivering secure lockup for safe use.

Carries via a reversible stainless steel deep carry pocket clip.

Nitro-V Stainless Steel: Nitro-V is a modified AEB-L with Nitrogen and Vanadium added for enhanced performance. You get is a very fine-grained steel with solid edge stability, allowing for a very fine, high performance slicing edge. It is easy to sharpen, with good edge retention and high toughness for a stainless steel, close to M4.
