Designed by Stan Moizis, creator of the ‘Paw Claw’ mechanism, and Darriel Caston of D Rocket Design, the Boker Plus Shamsher is a budget friendly, ambidextrous lever deployed liner lock automatic. The utilitarian California legal blade is perfect for everyday tasks while the slim handle makes it a breeze to carry. This version has a satin finished D2 tool steel blade and raw copper handle scales.

Blade: The compact satin finished D2 blade comes with a flat grind and prominent swedge for solid performance and strength. The lever action automatic mechanism delivers lightning quick deployment with ambidextrous operation and doubles as a thumb ramp for safety in use.

Handle: Stout stainless steel liners support hefty raw copper handle scales, housing the blade and stainless steel back spring which powers the automatic deployment. The copper scales will develop a unique patina over time with use and carry. Clean and minimalist, the handles offer a solid three-finger grip with a sturdy liner lock mechanism for safe use. An inline pin allows for lanyard attachment.

D2 Tool Steel: Used as a die cutting steel since WW II, D2 offers a good combination of hardness and wear resistance with moderate toughness and stain resistance. High chromium content for a tool steel (10-13%) gives D2 better corrosion resistance than most high carbon steels.
